At A&M Computers, we understand the value of your computer, and we understand not every problem has a simple solution. Hence why our goal is to offer the most straightforward and cost efficient diagnosis program locally available. Whether your pc has a minor or major issue, we’ll do everything in our power to find the problem, and present a suitable solution to restore your device.
A couple things to keep in mind when choosing A&M:
- Sadly, at this point in time, we are only available for local business in North Central Wisconsin, meaning we cannot offer shipping yet, but we are working on changing that soon.
- We’re experts in our field, having built, diagnosed, upgraded, and worked on tens of computers in the past. We strive to bring that same amount of care to every PC that crosses our workbench!
- You don’t need to be a PC wizard to work with us! Whatever problem your PC is running into, we’ll do everything we can to reach the bottom of it!
- We offer both PC diagnosis and repairs, but the experience is tailored to you. So whether you only want a diagnosis, or you know the problem and only want the repair, the choice is yours in terms of service!
- We’ll stay in contact with you through the whole experience, giving you updates on your computers status, repair path, etc. And we’re always open to answering any questions you may have along the way!
How To Request
Structuring Your Form
When reaching out about a diagnosis and/or repair, there’s only a few things you much include in the Message section:
- What you know
- There are many problems that can occur with a computer, so let us know what happened when you ran into the issue. What did the issue include? What symptoms was your PC showing? How long has this been happening? Have you tried anything to fix it in the past? (These questions are not mandatory, just an example of what you can include) It’s important for us to know the situation, so be as specific as you’d like about your experience!
- Your area/availability
- We operate locally around the Wausau and Stevens Point area, so it’s important that we are able to work out delivery and pickup.
- Payment method
- We take payment up front for diagnosing, and any charges for repairs will be determined later on, depending on the repair and work required, so please let us know what works for you in terms of payment.
- Contact
- Please provide some form of contact (Gmail, Text number, etc.) and let us know what works best for you so we can communicate effectively!
