How It Works

At A&M Computers, your PC is original to you, meaning we will be working with you one on one to come up with the most ideal parts list for your PC, encapsulating your taste in aesthetics, performance, and everything in between. Then, we will order and build your computer, along with testing and benchmarking the system to ensure that it’s functioning at peak performance.

A couple things to keep in mind when choosing A&M:

  • Sadly, at this point in time, we are only available for local business in North Central Wisconsin, meaning we cannot offer shipping yet, but we are working on changing that soon.
  • You don’t need to be a PC wizard to work with us! Whether you know the exact parts you want, or you just know what you want the PC to look like, we’re here to help you along the way and do all the heavy lifting!
  • We’ll stay in contact with you through the whole experience, giving you updates on the build, estimated time of arrival, etc. And we’re always open to answering any questions you may have along the way!
  • We offer some of the most competitive prices in the market! Build and service fees may vary depending on the budget, but we’ll structure the build to fall within your desired budget to the best of our ability! It is our goal to give you the best deal possible for your PC and our service!
  • Custom builds can take upwards of about a month to complete, but the process may vary depending on shipping times for parts, pickup availability, etc.
  • Considering the nature of our custom PC service, we will not be able to offer any refunds after the order is complete due to how we source our materials from other sellers and brands.
  • We will still offer any needed service to your computer even after the order is complete!

How To Request

Formatting Your Order

When requesting a build, there’s only a few things you much include in the comments section:

  1. Your Vision.
    • We want to know what your priorities for this PC are, whether it be pure price to performance, or a clean aesthetic looking build. Let us know what you imagine. For example, if you want RGB fans, a white or black aesthetics, or any other specifications. Share you vision!
  2. You don’t need to be an expert on parts, but feel free to be as specific or unspecific as you want on components in the computer.
  3. Your area/availability
    • We operate locally around the Wausau and Stevens Point area, so it’s important that we are able to work out delivery and pickup.
  4. Payment method
    • We take payment before the delivery of any parts, so please let us know what works for you in terms of payment.
  5. Contact
    • Please provide some form of contact (Gmail, Text number, etc.) and let us know what works best for you so we can communicate effectively!

REMEMBER: Any specifications can be changed later on before the parts are ordered, and we’ll make sure your PC is exactly what you’re looking for before any payment.
